Clinical consultation offers a space for you to receive guidance on challenging client cases, ask questions about topics/themes that arise in your work, and/or receive general business advice related to private practice. Receiving supervision and consultation has been essential to supporting my work with clients, and I would love nothing more than to give that support to other providers in the field.
More about me:
I have worked in the eating disorder field since 2016 and received extensive training in therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which I enjoy integrating into my nutrition counseling. I have worked with eating disorders since I became registered as a dietitian in 2016, then started working in a private practice in 2018 and opened my own solo practice in 2019 based in Portland, Oregon. I have a particular interest in working with clients who are queer, neurodivergent, and mixed race as I hold all of these identities myself and have significant experience working with clients in these populations. I also greatly enjoy working with orthorexia and individuals who are helping professionals themselves. I take a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach from a compassionate, trauma-informed and client-centered lens.
A few notes:
- All sessions will be conducted virtually (either video or phone).
- Please email me if you would like to schedule a brief 10-15 minute phone call to see if we would be a good fit. I am also happy to answer any questions about my style, experience, etc. via email.
- We can meet as often as our schedules allow and that you feel would be supportive. I don’t have any specific requirements around frequency of sessions.
- I am not an iaedp™ Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) or certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C). Please consult the iaedp™ website for approved supervisors if you would prefer to meet with a supervisor with this certification.

- $140 per 50 minutes
- $75 per 25-30 minutes
